Search Child Care Providers
The first step in the enrollment process is to locate the provider for which the child will be placed by performing a search for existing providers in the database. Complete the following fields for this purpose: When searching the database to determine if a Provider has been previously entered, the object is to use a greater number of search parameters to yield the smallest number of Providers matching the search criteria.
Provider ID Number
If you know the Provider ID Number, enter it here. This entry would give you the most direct connection to the provider.
Program Name or Last Name
Enter the name of the program (Licensed Provider) or the last name of the Provider.
Provider First Name
Enter the first name of the Provider (Registered or LECC).
Provider License Number
Enter the license number of the Provider.
Provider EIN
Enter the Employer Identification for the Provider.
Provider SSN
Enter the Social Security Number for the Provider.
Town
Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Once the information in the above fields has been entered, click on the Search button.
