Search for Notices

This function allows users to organize the notices that have been generated in the system and assigned to them. 

There are several search parameters to be used in order to limit the number of notices seen on the Notice List at a given time.  The following search fields are available:

Due Date

To view notices on the Notice Worklist that were created on a specific date or within a specific date range, us Created Date filters.  The dates must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format.  To view all notices created after a specific date, enter that date in the first date field next to Created Date.  All notices created after the entered date will be displayed.  To view notices that were created between a certain date range, enter a date in both date fields provided.  Only notices created between the specified date range will be displayed on the Worklist.  To view notices that were created before a specific date, enter that date in the second date field next to Created Date.

Priority

Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to this field ():

Low

Medium

High

Critical

Subject

Select the Subject type from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to this field ().

Once the information in as many appropriate search criteria fields as considered practical, click on the Search Notices button.
