Searching the Wait List

The function in Bright Futures to maintain this table can be found in the Subsidy Case Management main menu.  Click on the Search Wait List link.  As a result, the Search Wait List page (SB0051) is displayed. 

The page allows you the ability to search for waitlisted eligibility cases.  Complete the search criteria in the following fields:

Application From and To Dates

Enter the date range that you wish to search by completing these two fields.  Enter the dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Wait List From and To Dates

Enter the date range that you wish to search by completing these two fields.  Enter the dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Primary Service Need

Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.

Both Employment and Training

Developmental Growth

Employment

Family Support

Job Search

Protective Service

School/College

Self Employed

Health Need/Disability Child

Health Need/Disability Parent

Training

Priority

Enter the Priority by selecting the number from the drop-down list using the down arrow () next to the field.

 

Once the information in the above fields has been entered, click on the Search button.
