Search Subsidy Cases (LECC)
This search function provides the ability to search for existing cases in Bright Futures. Once a case has been located, updates and additions may be performed on the processes within the case.
Access the Search Subsidy Case function by clicking on Search Subsidy Cases on the Subsidy Case Management main menu option. As a result, the Search Subsidy Cases page (SB0050) is presented for performing a search.
Complete the search criteria in the following fields:
Applicant Last Name
Enter the last name of the applicant in this field.
Applicant First Name
Enter the first name of the applicant in this field.
Case ID
If you know the ID Number, enter it here. This entry would give you the most direct connection to the case record.
Applicant SSN
Enter the Social Security Number for the applicant in this field.
Applicant DOB
Enter the date of birth for the applicant using the date format MM/DD/YYYY in this field.
Applicant Gender
Select either Female or Male for the selection by using the radio button for this field ().
Application ID
If you know the ID Number, enter it here. This entry would give you the most direct connection to the application record.
Case Status
Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Active
Inactive
Waitlisted
Once the information in the above fields has been entered, click on the Search button.
