Service Period Payment Calculations
As part of payment calculations performed when an invoice is submitted, the values are compared between the beginning date of the Service Period and the effective date for each of the following.
Agreement
If the agreement is effective at the beginning of the service period, the attendance can be recorded and submitted.
Transportation
If the agreement is effective at the beginning of the service period, the attendance can be recorded and submitted.
License Status Changes
The effective license status at the beginning of a service period determines if the payment can be generated.
Provider and State Rates
If the Provider Rate Agreement is in effect at the beginning of the Service Period, the provider will be paid for the entire attendance. If no agreement is in place, the attendance will not be paid and the Invoice Status will appear as Manual Review.
