Service Week Payment Calculations
Likewise, the same comparison is performed for the beginning of the Service Week and effective date for each of these functions:
Special Services
A Special Services Agreement must be in place at the beginning of the Service Week in order for the additional 15% payment to be applied for Protective Service and Family Support clients. Note: If the agreement is not in place for Protective Services clients, the provider will receive $0.00 payment for those attendance entries.
Special Needs
A Special Services Agreement must be in place at the beginning of the Service Week in order for the additional 15% payment to be applied for Special Needs children.
Tiered Reimbursement
A Tier Level must be in place at the beginning of the Service Week in order for the additional tier reimbursement amount to be applied.
