Site Visit Delinquency Report
The Site Visit Delinquency Report provides a listing of Licensed and Registered Providers that have not received a site visit of the regulatory compliance, regulatory review, or complaint type in more than 12 months. The user-generated report lists Providers by Licensing District beginning with Providers who are the most outstanding (greatest number of days delinquent) and continues in descending order. This management tool is used to track the backlog of site visits and for planning the mandatory upcoming visits.
