Site Visit Required Notice
The purpose of this notice is to alert the Licensor that a Site Visit is due. This notice is generated in the following ways:
Upon a positive Record Check outcome for a potential provider; and,
When a Regulatory Compliance Site Visit has been automatically assigned a six-month Due Date for the subsequent visit.
The Site Visit Required Notice appears on the Notice List for the Licensor assigned to the Provider's town district.
