Sort By (Complaint Queue)
The Complaint List may be sorted through the Sort By field on the top right corner of the table using the following options:
Complaint ID Number
Received Date
Subject Name
Phone Number
Subject Address
Once a sort option has been selected, click on the Go button to the right of this field. The Complaint List will be updated with the sorted values in place.
