Special Needs
The Special Needs object documents if a child has a special need, and if so the Begin and End Dates, and the Documentation Type would verify the special need. If a special need is indicated, the Documentation must be recorded. A child will not be considered to have a special need for subsidy payment purposes until it has been recorded and documented in the CCIS.
