Sponsor Search

The Sponsor Search is accessed through the Course and Sponsor Management menu on the Quality and Credentialing main page by selecting the option Sponsor Search.  Once selected, the Sponsor Search page is presented. 

The following search fields are available.

Organization or Last Name

Enter the name of the organization or the last name of any other person which would have been created in the system.

First Name

Enter the first name of the person that is associated with the Last Name field described above.

Reference ID

Enter the ID Number that is associated with a Reference Type if one is selected for the search criteria.  Enter the number without using - (dashes) which is part of the format. 

Reference Type

If a number has been entered in the previous field, select one of the following for the associated type:

CCIS               CCIS License ID

DOE                 Department of Education Student ID

DMV                Driver's License Number

EIN                        Federal Identification Number

ISN                  PATH ID

SSN                 Social Security Number

SSID                Social Services ID

SEID                State Employee ID

VID                  Vendor ID
