The Rate Table maintains information in the database necessary for the implementation of the Provider and Subsidy Rates for payment processing.
The Rate Table maintains information in the database necessary for the computation of child care attendance payment. As noted in the Child Care Attendance Payment section, for most clients payment in excess of the state rate is prohibited. Comparison of these rates with the rates of the selected provider is required to compute payment. Most children will have an assigned Care Category of Part Time, Full Time, or Extended Care. Some children whose parents' schedules are so variable will have a Nonspecific Authorization entitling their care providers to be paid only the hours of care rendered. The format of the State Table is as below.
