Submit Record Check Decision
Once the Record Reviews have been completed as described in the previous section, you will submit the Record Check in order to enter a Record Check Decision. Click on the Submit Decision button to continue with the process. As a result, the Record Check Decision page (LI0240) is accessed on which you enter the decision for the entire record check based on the individual Record Review outcomes. The Record Check Decision page documents the overall acceptability of the records from all types for the specified individual. This entry is a cumulative record based on the findings for each of the particular record reviews performed.
Complete the following information:
Date of Decision*
Enter the date on which the decision was made.
Record Review Decision*
Select one of the following from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field ():
Acceptable
Prohibited Person
Record Check Pending (if no Decision has been reached)
Variance Granted
Regulation (if Prohibited Person)
If the Record Review Decision is Prohibited Person, select the Regulation from the drop-down list using the down arrow next to the field ().
Resolution Due Date (if Prohibited Person)
If the Record Review Decision is Prohibited Person, enter the date on which a resolution was reached.
Notes
Enter any notes in this field that pertain to the decision.
