Submitting Recommended Eligibility Information (Denied)
If you agree with all values that have system generated for the eligibility denial, you may submit the eligibility by clicking on the Submit button.
As a result, the Eligibility Denial page (SB0014) is displayed.
On the Eligibility Denial page, review the Ineligibility Reason field. The Ineligibility Reason will be pre-filled with these values if they have been determined for Ineligibility: Over Income and Documentation Not Returned. If it is blank, select the reason for the denial by using the down arrow () next to the field.
