Submitting the License Status Change (Intent to Revoke)

Once the information has been entered for the License Status change in its entirety, click on the Submit button in order to finish the change to the license status. As a result, the Change Status Confirmation - Approval page (LI044) is displayed.

As a result of the submission, the, the following occur within the system.

   The Provider Status is recorded as Intent to Revoke - Pending Approval.

   A work item is generated for the Licensing Supervisor's Worklist titled License Action Approval Required.

   Variance Limit and Fair Hearing Notices are generated to the Licensor.

   An item appears in the License Action Approval Queue for this approval.
