Submitting the Site Visit
Once the information has been entered for the Site Visit in its entirety, you may submit the completed site visit to become part of the Provider record. The next step is to click on the Submit button. As a result of the submitting the Site Visit, the following occurs within the system.
Once the Site Visit has been submitted, the Status is recorded as Submitted;
The system prompts you to the Site Visit Report page on which a report may be generated and printed if appropriate;
If there are any violations posted to the site visit, the Outcome is system-generated with the value of Violations Noted;
If there are any violations posted to the site visit, a Red Flag indicator may be manually placed on the Provider Account Summary page by the Licensor, if appropriate;
If there are any violations posted to the site visit, a Provider Problem Notice is generated and sent to the Licensor responsible for the Provider, if the Licensor did not make the Site Visit, and to the Licensor's Supervisor. The Provider Problem Notice may also be sent to the Subsidy case workers who have children enrolled with the Provider if the violation(s) found involve parental notification; and,
If there are any violations posted to the site visit, an entry is made in the Corrective Actions Tracker for follow-up actions.
