Canceling the Enrollment


If you cannot locate the Provider's Name in the list, you will have to advise the appropriate staff person for investigation to see if that provider has an active child care license.  Click the Cancel button to stop the creation of the enrollment.  You will be returned to the Eligibility tab within the Subsidy Applicant's record.
