Subsidy Assignment Master
This function maintains the crosswalk between the Subsidy Districts and the Subsidy Workers assigned to each district. It is utilized to assign the particular workers to the appropriate districts for which they are responsible.
The links established in this function control the access for a user within the system as well as within the district to which he/she is assigned.
