Subsidy Security Access

Subsidy cases are automatically assigned to the user who creates the application.  Within the Administration Portal, users are associated with districts.  A user may be associated with more than one district.  Once a user is associated with a district, the user may perform work on any case within that district.  The user does not necessarily have to be the Case Worker.

Users who are not assigned to the district in which a case resides can only view the information for the case.  No actions can be performed by this user, such as creating a re-application or ending a certificate.
