Subsidy Type Complaints

If the Complaint is for a Subsidy case, the investigation is tracked using the Investigation Activity function in the Complaints area.  On each of the pages within the Complaint area, there is a Sub-Nav Bar that contains options to which you can navigate to find all the information recorded for a complaint.  Click on the menu option titled Investigation Log to begin the investigation process.

 

As a result, the Investigation Log page is accessed.  The Investigation Log page contains the following information about recorded investigations:

Method

Investigation Summary

Initiated Date

Status

Status Date
