Termination and Denial Letter
The Subsidy Termination and Denial Letter is generated whenever an Eligibility Determination is rendered with a Determination of "ineligible." The Subsidy Termination and Denial Letter is sent to the parent.
In the process of determining eligibility for a family, the decision may be that the family is Ineligible for services. If the selection made during the Eligibility Determination is Denied, the parent is notified by letter of the denial. In addition, Subsidy Regulations are cited in the context of the letter to support the negative decision.
