Transportation Authorization History

This functionality provides the capability to track historic child authorizations. Since only the active or current authorizations are displayed on the Eligibility page (SB0002), you may view all authorizations by clicking on the Transportation Authorization History link under Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page. As a result, the Transportation Authorization History page (SB0069) is displayed with the following information:

Certificate ID

Authorization ID

Child

Provider

Provider Type

Copay

Payment Dates
