Updating Linked Site Visit

Once a site visit link has been created as an entry in the Investigation Log, you may access the site visit directly from this location.  Once you have located a linked site visit, you may view the details for the site visit by clicking on the link at the beginning of the row, which is the underlined Site Visit ID Number.  This action accesses the Linked Site Visit page for the row selected. 

By clicking on the Actions option Update Linked Site Visit, you will access the Update Linked Site Visit page on which you may update the following fields.

Investigation Activity Status*

Select the correct value for the status from the list presented as you use the down arrow () next to the field.

Completed

In Progress

Investigation Summary

Enter or update any appropriate notes that pertain to this investigation activity.

In addition, you may access the recorded Site Visit by clicking on the link at the beginning of the row, which is the underlined Site Visit ID Number.  Record any tasks that need to be completed on the Site Visit Detail page.  Return to the Update Linked Site Visit page when you have completed these steps.
