Variance Review

The Variance Review documents the outcome of a particular level of review for the Variance Request.  As a result of the Variance Request submission, a Worklist event is generated for the Licensor assigned to the Provider or the Subsidy Worker assigned to the Case.  The Variance Review Required is selected from the Worklist and Variance Request Detail page (LI0169) for the item needing review is opened.

Person Submitting Request

Regulation Number

Regulation Text

Request Narrative

Notes

Attached Image List

Review the information presented to determine a decision that should be recorded.  In order to record the decision, click on the Record Request Outcome button to access the Variance Request Record Outcome page (LI0092). 

Complete the information as described below.

Reviewer(s)

Enter the name(s) of all people who have reviewed the request.  Separate the names by a comma between each one.

Decision Date*

Enter the date on which the decision was reached.

Decision*

Select the decision reached by using the down arrow () next to the field.

Pending

Approved

Approved with Conditions

Denied

Notes

Enter any notes in this field that pertain to the review.
