View History (State Rates)

To view the history for a particular provider type, select View History from the bottom of corresponding provider type table on the State Payment Rate Table page (RA0007). As a result, the Payment Rate Table Rate History page (RA0008) is presented.

The list contains the history of all State Payment Rates recorded with the following information:

Update Date
