Viewing Details for the Enrollment
In order to view the details for a particular entry in the table, click on the active link for the Enrollment ID for that row.
As a result, the Certificate Detail page (SB0056) is presented with the following information.
Child Information
This section contains information about the enrolled child including age category, care type and hours per week.
Family Information
This section contains information about the parent of the enrolled child.
Program Information
This information lists the pay region and the subsidized level for eligibility.
Provider Information
The information about the provider is listed in this section and includes: provider name, type of facility, facility address, relationship of provider to child if applicable, and tier quality level.
Authorized Rates
The rate information has been calculated through the use of the provider rate and the state rate tables using the Business Rules that apply.
