Viewing Legacy Complaint Details

You may view the details for any complaint in the Legacy Complaints list by clicking on the active link in the Complaint ID column.

This action accesses the Complaint Detail page (CP0046) which contains the information about the complaint investigated and recorded in the Legacy system.
