Viewing Service Gap Information 

In order to view service gap information about a referral client, go to the Account Summary page (RR0027) for the client.  Select the option named Case Activities under Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page.  This action accesses the Referral Client Case Activities page (RR0020). 

From this page, you may click on the Details link for the Referral Client Service Gap Entered event.  As a result, the View Service Gap page (RR0037) is displayed with the following information:

Child's Name

Service Gap Date

Preferred Service

Secondary Service

Service Gap Reasons
