Viewing Site Visit History

Once you have located a particular site visit in the Recent Site Visits table as described in the above section, you may view the history details. Click on the underlined ID Number at the beginning of the row for the item. As a result, the Site Visit Details page (LI0049) is displayed with the following information.

The Site Visit Details (LI0049) page is divided into the following sections:

Visit Details

The information displayed has been entered to record the dates, follow-up and outcome for the site visit.

Violations and Corrective Actions

If violations are noted and corrective actions are required, these actions are tracked to their conclusion. This table will maintain all Violations and Corrective Actions associated with a particular site visit.

Observations

The final subsection on the Site Visit Site Visit page allows the user to enter Observations and Recommendations. The worker who documents a Site Visit for Health Consultation or Technical Assistance will most often use this section. This table will maintain all Observations associated with a particular site visit.
