Viewing the Eligibility Details (Eligible)

To view the details for any record found on the Current Eligibility Determination table, click on the active link for the ID. 

As a result, the Eligibility Detail page (SB0004) is displayed with the following sections:

Family Eligibility

This section contains the terms of the eligibility determination approved during the application process:

Monthly Countable Income

Family Size

Eligibility Status

Subsidy Percentage

Start Date

End Date

Redetermination Date

Notes

Child Eligibility

This section contains the following:

Authorization ID

Child's Name

Age Category

Hours per Week
