View Provider Rate Details
In order to review the details of a particular rate agreement, click on the View Rates link at the far right of the row containing the Provider Rate item. As a result, the Provider Rate History Detail page (RA0001) is presented with the following information:
Begin Date
Expiration Date
Signature Date
Type of Care
Rates for: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, School Age
