View Rate History (Provider)

Upon locating the record for a provider, select View Rate History from the Account Options at the bottom of the Account Summary page. As a result, the Provider Rates - Rate History page (RA0003) is presented.

The list contains the history of all Provider Rates recorded with the following information:

Begin Date

Expiration Date

Signature Date
