View Rates (Provider History)

In order to review the details of a particular rate agreement, click on the View Rates link at the far right of the row containing the Provider Rate item. As a result, the Provider Rate History Detail page (RA0001) is presented with the following information:

Begin Date

Expiration Date

Signature Date

Type of Care

Rates for

The rates for each of the following Age Categories are captured:

Infant

Toddler

Preschool

School Age
