Worklist and Work History

Work Items and Notices may be generated in the context of a person or an organization, or a case, and may be viewed in the appropriate contexts.

A Worklist is the listing of work items or notices.  A worker's Worklist contains all work items or notices that have been assigned to a worker.  The worker's Worklist cuts across cases (contains items from all cases assigned to a worker).  A supervisor's Worklist contains items assigned to the supervisor and may optionally contain the items for their workers.  A worker's Case List contains all cases for which work items or notices have been assigned to a particular worker.

Activity History is a listing of completed work items.  As with the Worklist, Activity History can be viewed in the context of a worker, a case or a supervisor.
