Case Activities
The activities list for a case is a listing of completed work items within a particular case. This list is accessed by the following method.
Account Summary Page (Provider)
Person Summary (Party Search functions)
Once the list has been accessed, the following information is presented on the Activity History page:
Date Time
The date/time stamp that has been system-generated to denote when the event was validated in the system.
Event
The name of the event is displayed in this field.
Description/Reason
A description or reason for the event is displayed as a summary of what action took place.
Performer User
The name of the worker who performed the event in the system is displayed in this field.
