Case Associated Contact Entry



There are several paths to take in order to successfully create a Contact Log entry.  If you want to associate a Contact Log entry with a case that is in the system (person or organization), you will want to locate the Person or Organization record as the first step.  Once this is done through the System Search - Party Search function, the Contact Log function can be accessed from the Account Options at the bottom of the page of the Person or Organization Summary page. 

Once accessed, a list of all contact entries associated with the Organization or Person is displayed.  Details may be accessed by clicking on the Details link at the end of a particular row. 

To enter a new contact, click on the New Contact Log Entry button at the bottom of the Contact Log page.
