Case Eligibility Information
This function within a Subsidy case provides an overall picture of all aspects of the Eligibility process. The access to the function is to select the Eligibility tab on the Subsidy Applicant's record. This action accesses the Eligibility page (SB0002) which presents a summary of all characteristics for the eligibility.
The Eligibility page (SB0002) contains a series of tables that present information about a particular aspect of eligibility.
Active Certificates
As a child is enrolled with a provider, a certificate is created to document the terms of the enrollment.
Active Child Care Authorizations
As a child is authorized for child care and a schedule is entered during the application process, a record is created in this table for that input.
Active Transportation Authorizations
As transportation arrangements are made for a child using the Transportation Authorization function, a record is created in this table.
Current Eligibility Determination
As eligibility is determined during the application process, a record is created in this table.
