Case List



A worker's Case List contains all cases for which work items or notices have been assigned to a particular worker.  The list is accessed through the Work Management menu by selecting the option Case List.  Once selected, the Case List is presented with the following information:

Reference Name

The name of the organization, provider or subsidy client which identifies the case is displayed in this column.

Case ID

The system-generated system identification number is shown in this column.

Case Status

A status for a case appears as Active or Inactive.  Inactive cases are cases for which activity is no longer being tracked.

Start Date

The date on which the case was opened appears as the Start Date.

End Date

If the case has been made Inactive, an End Date identifies when that took place.
