Accessing the Generated Licensed Program Application

As a result of the Initial Licensing Visit Request, an entry has been made in the Applications table as the first step in the Application process. In order to proceed with the Application, click on the Details link at the end of the row. The next screen presented is the License Application Section Menu page (LI0209) which contains a link to each section of the Application (Portfolio).

Note: If you are creating an Out of State Provider, do not open any sections of the application for which you do not have the required information. Once a section has been accessed, the required fields will present an edit upon leaving that page.
