Certificate History (Enrollments)
This functionality provides the capability to track historical child placements. Since only the active or current certificates are displayed on the Eligibility page (SB0002), you may view all certificates by clicking on the Certificate History link under Additional Account Options at the bottom of the page.
As a result, the Certificate History page (SB0118) is displayed with the following information:
Certificate ID
Authorization ID
Child's Name
Provider's Name
Provider Type
Copay Amount
Effective Payment Dates
