Certificates (Enrollments)
This object captures the terms of the agreement between CDD, the Provider and the Parent for child care for a specified child. The Certificate is authorization for only one child at only one provider. If the child's birthday during the period of this Certificate causes him to change Age Categories, both categories are listed on the Certificate with effective dates.
This function creates a linkage between a child eligible for child care and a provider who is providing the child care service. As a child is enrolled with a provider, a certificate is created to document the terms of the enrollment.
