As a result of the Adding Documentation function described above, a list will be displayed containing the items that are missing from the application. The information presented in this table includes:
Documentation Type
Comments
Date Due (Final Documentation Due Date)
Date Received
The outcome of any items in this table with an outstanding Date Received entry:
The Application Menu field labeled Documentation is shown as Incomplete.
The Eligibility Determination result will be Denied.
