Check Status



By entering the Complaint ID, the complainant can view the status of the Complaint on the External Portal.  On the Public Portal, the complainant can enter the Complaint ID and view the current Status of the Complaint.  The statuses that can be viewed are:  Recorded, Pending, Not Accepted, and Completed.  Once a Complaint Status is Completed, the complainant is notified via letter.
