Child Care Provider

This category would include any provider, who has obtained a grant for a program expansion or improvement, has negotiated for reserved spaces, etc.

After performing a search for the provider using the Provider Search function, access the Account Summary page (PM0083). You may locate a completed and reviewed Contract Agreement by using the menu option Contract Agreements under Account Options.

As a result of that selection, the Contract Agreements page (AG0004) is accessed as shown below.

Select the agreement that you would like to view or work on by clicking on the Details link at the end of the row. As a result, the Agreement Details page (AG0002) is displayed.
