Client Case List


The Client Case List displays a list of previous cases of any type within which a person or provider has been a case participant.  Once you have accessed this function through the Person or Organization in the Party Search (System Search) functions, the Cases page is presented with the following information:

Role

This column displays the role associated with the person or provider within the case identified in the row.

Case ID

The system-generated system identification number is shown in this column.

Case Type

One of the following case types appears in this column: 

Licensing

Subsidy

Credentialing

Case Manager

The name of the worker who has been assigned as the Case Manager appears in this column.

Role Status

A status for role within a case appears as Active or Inactive.  An Inactive role status would mean that the person is no longer an active participant in the particular case.

Start Date

The date on which the person or provider became a participant in the case appears as the Start Date.

End Date

The date on which the person or provider was made an Inactive participant in the case appears as the End Date.
