Complaint Documents


This function found on the Complaint Summary page menu options tracks and generates appropriate correspondence for complaints.  Once the complaint has been investigated, an Outcome Letter is generated.  In order to view documents which have been generated, click on the Documents menu option at the bottom of the page.  A list of the generated appears on the Complaints Documents page.  For more information on this function, refer to the Document Generation Chapter of this manual.
