Access Accreditations Details
In order to review the details for an accreditation listed in the table, click on the Details link for the corresponding row in the Current Accreditations table. As a result, the Accreditation Details page (QU0084) is displayed.
The following details are presented for the selected accreditation:
Accreditation Type
Start Date
Expiration Date
Bonus Application Receipt Date
Review/Approval Date
Certificate Date
Bonus Date
Bonus End Date
