Complaint Outcome
Once all allegations associated with a complaint have been investigated and have been resolved, the outcome of the complaint should be posted. A Completed complaint that is substantiated will be made public.
To do this, locate the complaint by using the Complaint Search described in section Complaint Search. After accessing the Complaint Summary page as described in Complaint Assessment. Review the contents of the complaint to ensure that all has been resolved and then update the status as described below.
