Complaint Outcome Letter


Once the Complaint has been resolved, an Outcome Letter is generated.  If the Complaint Allegations result in being Substantiated, a letter is generated with the Fair Hearing information. 

This function is found on the Complaint Summary page menu options.  It tracks and generates appropriate correspondence for complaints.  This selection is made from the Complaint Summary page menu option named Documents.
