Complaint Outcome Notice Detail
By clicking on the Details link at the end of the row in the Notice table, you access the View/Update Notice Detail page. Click on the Complaint Outcome Notice link and access the Complaint Summary page to review all details that have been recorded for the complaint.
If any action is required as a result of the outcome of the complaint, the Account Summary page for the Provider or Subsidy client is accessed and the action would be recorded.
